1. What kind of things makes you angery?

5. What helps you from preventing from getting angery in the first place?
6. How do you feel after your no longer angery?
7. What are some if any comments you have about anger?
1. What kind of things makes you angery? My own stupidity, or if someone insults me or a very good friend
2. What are some physical signs that you notice when you get angery? I think mainly I realize I'm leaning forward and don't lean back anymore, and I clench my fists sometimes.
3. How do you usually respond to your anger? I either run out of the room to let my anger out or beat something like a pillow or the sofa or whatever.
4. What helps you calm down once your angery? Running out of the room, punching something (hopefully something soft that makes no noise) and then praying, because i'm a christian.
5. What helps you from preventing from getting angery in the first place? I'm so impolsive. I don't know exactlyy how I can prevent it. Prayer I guess, if I notice it early enough.
6. How do you feel after your no longer angery? Sorry if I offended someone, exhausted but calm enoough to talk the matter over.
7. What are some if any comments you have about anger? For me it's hard to bottle things
up in me. I have to let it out. I'm still learning on how to let it out more or less noiselessly. I think people who are naturally angrier than others need a ventile to let it out, like exercise or a punching bag or something.
1. What kind of things makes you angry?
it's hard to say, because some people say i have a short fuse, but, when some one tries to walk all over me, or someone i care about.
2. What are some physical signs that you notice when you get angry?
a very interesting heat flowes through my veins, literally, i start to shake, and i feel like my throat gets clogged
3. How do you usually respond to your anger?
i usually try to ignore it. or channel it into crystals, or, into the ground when i go outside.
4. What helps you calm down once your angry?
again, crystals, my piece of onix mostly, or, playing video games, to dull it, and again ignore it, or hearing the voice of my best friend.
5. What helps you from preventing from getting angry in the first place?
looking at the situation and realizing that anger is pointless
6. How do you feel after your no longer angry?
cold, detached, numb.
7. What are some if any comments you have about anger?
anger, can make people say or do things they don't mean,
mixed with trama it can be a very bad thing, and cause you to hurt someone who ddoesn't deserve it

I agree with the last poster.
good luck with your paper. this is a fascinating subject.
1. What kind of things makes you angery?
I rarely get angry. I get annoyed or irritated a lot but rarely angry. The things which really make me angry are injustice towards someone i love, disrespect shown my kids friends or peers, lying, failure to listen to me, stupid unnecessary paper work, and failure to think out of the box.
2. What are some physical signs that you notice when you get angery?
shortness of breath, shaking, and wanting to cry
3. How do you usually respond to your anger?
this has changed over the years. I used to be a real screamin' demon. Jumping, yelling, shaking my finger and all that stuff. Then I read an article which stated that those who yell are the most likely to die of strokes. Since that's what got both my parents and my grand parents, I am trying seriously to change. Now, I usually say in a cold firm calm voice "i am very angry." owning it lessens its power. Then i say that I must go calm down for a bit and then i'll talk to the person who is causing me to choose this form of emotional expression.
4. What helps you calm down once your angery?
dealing with the cause. finding a solution to whatever the problem is. telling the person who disrespected me that i feel angry. noting it and moving on. lots of situations can't be changed but our attitude toward them can be.
5. What helps you from preventing from getting angery in the first place?
it depends on the situation. usually trying to put myself in the position of the person or situation that angers me. if i can figure out what is causing them or it to infuriate me, I often get less mad. Understanding and empathy can lessen its effect.
6. How do you feel after your no longer angery?
it depends on the situatio. usualyy relieved and exhausted.
7. What are some if any comments you have about anger?
why is getting angry a bad thing. if we didn't, many problems we have wouldn't be solved. too many people think it is a negative emotion. if handled harshly it can be. if handled positively, it can be the catalyst for change.

1. What kind of things makes you angry? When people are self-centered, thinking of nothing and nobody but themselves, and when people utterly disrespect my wishes.
2. What are some physical signs that you notice when you get angry? I get hot, I get an adrenaline rush, and my heart rate goes up.
3. How do you usually respond to your anger? Deep breaths help, a cold silence if I can help it, and speaking my mind in its entirety.
4. What helps you calm down once your angry? A hot shower usually helps, talking to someone I care about, and/or listening to music.
5. What helps you prevent getting angry in the first place? Thinking seriously about the matter or person in question, thinking about the consequences of my rage, and thinking about how the anger will affect my relationship with the person if aplicable.
6. How do you feel after your no longer angry? Physically light, relieved, and usually tired.
7. What are some if any comments you have about anger? People only become angry if they allow themselves to. Physical acts of rage can be prevented if you take a step back, and allow your impulse control to prioritize.
